Rates/Amenities for Lakefield accommodaton in Leitrim

Our rates are for renting the house for one week (seven nights, Saturday 4pm to Saturday 12 noon). The price includes central heating which is set to come on twice a day and gas for cooking on the hob. The oven is powered by electricity. You are asked to pay for electricity by noting your usage and leaving the money when your holiday is finished. Electricity is charged at the standard rate set by the Electricity Supply Board.

One week:

October 2007 to May 2008 (weeks commencing 30th September to 24th May): €485

June 2008 (weeks commencing 31st May to 21st June): €500

July 2008 to August 2008 (weeks commencing 28th June to 23rd August): €6O0
September 2008 (Weeks commencing 30th August to 27th September) €500.

TERMS: €100 deposit with booking and remainder two weeks prior to arrival.
If you book Lakefield for two or more consecutive weeks, the above prices are reduced by 10 per cent.
If you live in the UK you may pay by sterling cheque drawn on your current account.
